A time to reflect

Recently I was invited to write a piece for the Heathcote Wine Growers Assoc. providing some background to myself and She-Oak Hill. What a pleasant respite from the concerns of CV19. Hunting through old photos and clarifying moments with Julian we were taken back to the early days of the vineyard - the work, the people, the triumphs and the disappointments but most of all the fun.

Did you know She-Oak Hill was one of the earliest vineyards in Heathcote in 1975?

That the original 2 hectares of vines came from a nursery growing cuttings in Irymple?
