Rosé

She-Oak Hill Rosé is made from carefully selected small parcels of fruit which are picked a little earlier during the vintage, at a lower baumé than our Shiraz.

The fruit is lightly crushed and has minimal contact with the skins of the grapes, which results in this delightful light colour.
